BHTronik GmbH is sharpening its strategic focus:
Effective immediately, all company shares are once again entirely in the hands of the two managing partners, Christian Baumer and Thomas Hanauer.
With this step, BHTronik is purposefully strengthening its entrepreneurial independence and creating the foundation to drive future developments even more resolutely under its own power and with AI support. The focus remains clearly on further specializing in the development and manufacturing of innovative electronic solutions for the agricultural industry.
"For us, this is a major milestone. We gain additional flexibility in strategic decisions and can implement our evolved vision from recent years even more directly. Speed and a strong focus on our core competencies play a decisive role here. This allows us to not only preserve our independence, but also actively shape the AI-driven wave of innovation that we have already set in motion," explain the two managing directors.
BHTronik will continue to rely on proven partnerships and a strong network in the future. At the same time, the new ownership structure enables the company to react faster and more purposefully to customer requirements and market changes.
